I have been involved with the Fire Service and Emergency Management for the last 27 years.

The MSP Airport Active Threat Plan and Follow Green to Safer Shelter Program

3. WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER TO BE A ROADBLOCK FOR WOMEN IN THE INDUSTRY?

Having the same voice in the room as other colleagues.

Take advantage of all of the training offered to you.

I am the mother to 6 boys. I get lots of opportunity to manage emergencies on a daily basis.
